Noss will supply a new RADISCREEN-C coarse screen to Stora Enso, Oulu Mill, Finland. The screen shall be installed after the bleached eucalyptus kraft bale pulper for protection of downstream equipment. Start-up is scheduled for June 2013.

Noss Canada has received an order for new fiber recovery stages from a customer in Alberta, Canada to be installed in their Bleached Market Pulp Cleaning System. 

The new fiber recovery stages will replace the existing ones with the purpose of considerably improving the fiber recovery rate. 

The new equipment will complement the existing Noss approach flow system installed ahead of a NBSK Pulp Dryer headbox in 2004.

Noss received an order for three cleaner systems to APP Jin Feng Yuan Paper for their PM1 in Shanghai. The system start-up is scheduled for the third quarter of 2013.

PM1 is a 4-ply white chipboard machine started up in the1990’s. The product is well-known in China and gaining a large market share but the mill is aiming for even higher paper quality in the future. The Noss delivery  includes three RADICLONE AM80 systems, which are expected to improve the pulp cleanliness after start up.

Noss RADICLONE AM80 systems are particularly suitable for such applications with highest demand on pulp and paper cleanliness.

Noss Company has received an order for a new Hydrocycloning System from a customer in the United States. The delivery consists of a RADISCREEN-C / RADICLONE system aimed for cleaning of high quality dissolving pulp.

Noss received an order for a Thick Stock Screening System for Fibria-Jacarei, Brazil. 

Fibria is the largest bleached eucalyptus pulp producer in the world. Noss will supply a RADISCREEN-C coarse screen for the JE2 Pulp Machine at the Jacarei mill. Start up is scheduled for October 2012.

Noss will supply a hydrocycloning system to a mill in Europe. The system start-up is scheduled for April 2012.

The Noss system consists of a RADISCREEN-C protection screen followed by a 5-stage PERICLONE system. The system is designed for a production of 460 BDMTPD of bleached chemical pulp.

PERICLONE is an energy-efficient bank system used for a great variety of applications in the pulp and paper industry covering a wide consistency range.

Due to its innovative design PERICLONE ensures high separation efficiency at low operating costs guaranteeing high operational reliability as well as easy handling during inspection and maintenance.

Noss will supply an approach system to Anhui Huatai Forest Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. for their dissolving pulp production in Anqing City, Anhui Province, China. The start-up is estimated in May, 2012.

The original fiber line is scheduled to be started up in October 2011 and will produce standard bleached chemical market pulp. After rebuilding, the fiber line will also be able to produce 350 ADMTPD dissolving pulp.

The Noss delivery includes a RADISCREEN coarse screening system, a 6-stage RADICLONE AM80 forward cleaner system and a RADICLONE BM80 reverse cleaner system.

VIDA PAPER , Lessebo mill, Sweden, will commence production of dissolving pulp. Due to the need for improved pulp cleaning, the mill has chosen Noss AB, Sweden as supplier for cleaning equipment. The mill has decided to install a RADICLONE hydrocyclone system for cleaning and thickening. The NOSS RADICLONE is a well proven concept, which is used when the demands for cleanliness are in the high or very high range. Also included in the delivery is a RADISCREEN-C protection screen.

VIDA PAPER belongs to VIDA AB, which is Sweden´s largest privately owned sawmill company. VIDA PAPER is producing sulphite pulp as well as white and natural coloured uncoated premium paper. The company also produces coloured uncoated wood free paper and wood free digital paper. VIDA PAPER is a leading supplier of coloured paper within Europe. Pulp and paper is produced at Lessebo Mill in southern Sweden.

In connection with the new dissolving pulp production, the mill has also decided to invest in improved cleaning of the bleached sulphite pulp. The project implies possibilities for quality improvement of the paper produced at the mill as well. Furthermore, an increase in the overall production of pulp and paper will follow as a result of the investments.

The Noss cleaning system will be started up in early August, 2011.

The original fiber line will be started up in May, 2011 and will produce standard bleached chemical market pulp. After rebuilding the fiber line will also be able to produce 1850 ADMTPD bleached chemical dissolving pulp.

The Noss delivery will include a RADISCREEN coarse screening system, a 6-stage RADICLONE AM80 forward cleaner system and a RADICLONE BM80 reverse cleaner system.

Noss received an order for two 4-stage RADICLONE cleaner systems from Dongguan Jianhui Paper for their PM3 and PM4 in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The system start-up is scheduled for early 2012.

 

Both paper machines will produce linerboard with a capacity of 250,000 ADMTPY on each machine.
