On the occasion of the second day of iT's Tissue 2022 A.Celli Paper, which for the occasion will open the doors of its factory until 10 June, is proud to have welcomed numerous institutional representatives of the Lucca area and a delegation of members of the Ukrainian embassy in Italy.

A.Celli had the pleasure of showing its innovations developed for the paper industry to prominent members of the local institutional scene, including the Prefect Dr. Francesco Esposito, the Chief of Police Dr. Dario Sallustio, the Commander - Lieutenant Colonel Andrea Cassarà and Colonel Head of the Provincial Command Ugo Blasi, Dr. Tiziano Pieretti, National Vice President of Confindustria, the Councilor of the Municipality of Lucca Dr. Chiara Martini and the Councilor of the Municipality of Capannori Dr. Giordano Del Chiaro.

In particular, we had the honor of receiving a visit from Dr. Yaroslav Melnyk, Ukrainian Ambassador in Italy, and his councillor Dr. Oleksandr Kapustin who, welcomed by the two shareholders Mauro Celli and Giuseppe Antonini, were able to see some of the solutions on display part of an ongoing project in Ukraine together with some board members of the company concerned.

Dr. Yaroslav Melnyk's trip is part of the Ukrainian embassy's program aimed at creating structural relationships with Italian companies currently engaged in economic projects for the country currently marked by conflict.

"I was very satisfied to personally visit a production company of value and international level such as A.Celli" said Ambassador Yaroslav Melnyk. "We have realized that the plant to be delivered in Ukraine will be extremely useful for the development of the hygiene sector and we are sure that, as soon as delivery and start-up are completed, it will help restart the current production capacity, interrupted due to the ongoing conflict, for the benefit of the entire Ukrainian population."

Roman Vasilyevich Pirig, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kochavinska Paper Factory, declares: "We are extremely satisfied by the very high quality of the tissue plant ready to be shipped. We are working hard to define the logistical aspects for delivery and commissioning, sure of succeeding in the shortest possible time”.

"I warmly thank the ambassador for the visit and the interest shown" said Mauro Celli, shareholder of the A.Celli Group. "It was a stimulating meeting in which I reiterated my maximum availability for any activity that could contribute to the success of the current project and for future meetings in the embassy with other Ukrainian investors engaged in the hygiene sector to facilitate the restart of the Ukrainian nation in this strategic industry".
