The board machine will be able to produce 130,000 t/y of Corrugated Medium and Testliner from OCC in a basis weight range of 90 – 200 g/m2.

Key reasons for Grigeo Klaipėdos Kartonas AB in selecting Voith as its supplier were the many successful rebuilds the company has carried out, along with its competence in manufacturing board and packaging paper. Voith was able to demonstrate and implement this impressively in the project phase.

Grigeo Klaipėdos Kartonas AB, established in 1898, is one of the oldest companies in Lithuania. Since beginning of 2010 it belongs to the Lithuanian Grigeo Grigiškės group. This rebuild of the board machine is the first step of a three-phased investment program, to double the production capacity within the next three to five years.
