Tomas Biström (Master of Science, Economics) has been appointed Director, Corporate Responsibility at Kemira starting 1 September, 2015. He has previously been responsible for Kemira's Compensation and Benefit globally, including the successful implementation of Kemira's performance management process.
"Tomas takes up this position from Riikka Timonen, who has chosen to pursue a new career path within one of Kemira's business segments. Kemira aims to excel in internal leadership development and succession planning programs, so that individuals have the opportunity to grow and develop new skills inside Kemira. Riikka has played a significant role in improving our sustainability performance, monitoring and reporting.
